 Why are some of my envelopes not
opened?
A. Check for the following:
- that all the envelopes are loaded against the rear wall of the feed deck.
- check the trim control is set to give a suitable size of offcut.
- try to run envelopes of a similar size together.
- use the envelope guide to control envelopes as they feed into your machine.
