How do I set-up the Memory Buttons on my B900?

A. The Memory Buttons may be programmed with the most commonly used postage values.Once programmed, a single press of a Memory Button will set the B900 to the relevant amount. The Memory Buttons are programmed in the following way:

1. Press the Setup key to enter the B900 Setup Mode.
2. Select Setup/Memories, then select Memories.
3. Choose which memory you want to set by keying in its number followed by Enter. There are 4 memories available.
4. Follow the prompts to enter a new name (if required), and the new postage value. Confirm each entry by pressing Enter. (Remember that you enter alpha characters by pressing the top, mid or lower function key followed by the appropriate number key).
5. When you have finished setting the memories, press exit to leave the setup mode.
