How do I set-up the Memory Buttons M1 and M2?

A. The Memory Buttons M1 and M2 may be programmed with the two most commonly used postage values.Once programmed, a single press of a Memory Button will set the A900 to the relevant amount. The Memory Buttons are programmed in the following way:

  1. Press the grey METER STATUS key once. The display indicator will move to ENTER AMT and the display will show the Meter Serial Number.
  2. Enter the desired postage amount via the keyboard.
  3. Press the Memory Button (M1 or M2) that you wish to be set to the amount you have just entered. The A900 will programme the Memory Button and the display will revert to the amount shown immediately before you pressed the METER STATUS key.

The Memory Button is now set.
