How do I set-up my Memory Keys?

A. The B700 PostPerfect has 4 memory keys that can store frequently used postage amounts and ads. The Memory keys are set-up by entering the Setup Mode.

  • To enter the Setup Mode, press the Enter and C keys at the same time. The display will show 'Language?'
  • There are 4 memories available. Press No (Inscription) key until you see the memory you want to set.
  • Press the Yes (Ad) key, the display will now show the current postage amount for the memory selected.
  • Enter the new postage amount to be stored and press Enter.
  • Select the Advertising Slogan to be stored and press Enter. (Choose 0 for no ad).
  • The display will now show Mem .... Set.
  • To exit setup mode, press the Exit (Memory 2) key.
