I have just powered up my scale for the first time and 'LC' is shown on the display. What does this indicate and how do I clear this off the display?

A. 'LC' stands for Location Code. The scale is asking for you to enter a 2 digit code to represent whereabouts you are within the UK. The Location Codes can be found on page 11 of the N Series Scale Quick Install Guide.

Type the appropriate Location Code on the scale keypad and press enter. The scale will now complete the installation process and then show '0g' which indicates the scale is ready for use.
