What kind of envelopes do I need?

A. The only envelope that you can use is a DL Mailer.

This has a width of 225mm to 235mm and a depth of 110mm to 121mm. It can be between 70gsm to 90gsm.

Ideally it needs to have an executive (Triangular) flap with the length of this flap between 32mm and 57mm.

There will need to be enough clearance inside the envelope from the material to have 5mm on either side and 6mm below the flap crease after insertion.
