How do I set-up or change my Job Presets?

A. If the Operator ID.'s are used on your Paragon system, you must be logged on as a Supervisor before setting a Job Preset. If the system asks for a log-in and you are unsure of the Supervisor Code, try the default code 9999.

  • Set the Paragon system up for a job you want to store. i.e. make sure the correct price, slogan, account, class etc is displayed.
  • Press the blue Job Presets key - a list of presets will appear on the display.
  • Select the SAVE PRESET option by pressing the relevant softkey to the left of the display.
  • The system will ask what preset you want to change. Key in the number followed by Enter.
  • The system will now ask for the preset name. If it is staying the same, just press Enter. If the name is changing, key in the new name and then press Enter.
  • If you want change more presets, follow the above steps. If you have finished, press Backtrack to return to the Mail Run Screen.
Reminder ! - alpha characters are keyed in by pressing one of the colour keys (green, red or blue) followed by the corresponding letter on the numbered keypad.
