 How do I insert and set-up my Town Circle Smart Card?
| A. When setting up your meter for the first time, you will be prompted when to insert the Town Circle Smart Card. Insert the card into the slot to the right of the display. The Town Circle will now be installed. When the installation is complete the card can be removed. |
