My display shows 'Install not complete, press Yes'. How do I clear this message?

A. If the error message 'Install not complete, press Yes' is displayed, you should be able to clear this by pressing the Yes key. If this fails, the meter has got stuck in a loop. To clear from the loop condition, press 5 then the cancel key, will clear this fault condition. The meter will now display the date and be ready for use.
