A. Periodically, Royal Mail requires us to verify that your PersonalPost is still in operation and performing correctly. This inspection allows us to do this. To remove this message: Step 1: Connect your PersonalPost to a telephone/fax line using the telephone cord supplied. Step 2: Press the clear button. Step 3: Press the Postage Refill button and enter a refill amount using multiples of 10 (You do not need a decimal point and if you do not require additional postage select a refill amount of 0). Step 4: Finally press Enter and your PersonalPost will connect to the Data Centre at Pitney Bowes. Once this is completed the message will clear.
