Meter display shows INSPECTION DUE REFILL REQUIRED

A. Periodically, Royal Mail requires us to verify that your PersonalPost is still in operation and performing correctly. This inspection allows us to do this. To remove this message:

Step 1: Connect your PersonalPost to a telephone/fax line using the telephone cord supplied.

Step 2: Press the clear button.

Step 3: Press the Postage Refill button and enter a refill amount using multiples of 10 (You do not need a decimal point and if you do not require additional postage select a refill amount of 0).

Step 4: Finally press Enter and your PersonalPost will connect to the Data Centre at Pitney Bowes. Once this is completed the message will clear.
