End Clearance: End clearance between the Insert and envelope is a minimum of 12.5mm overall. This measurement should be taken with all documents placed into the envelope.

Depth Clearance: The Insert must allow a minimum clearance of 6mm below the flap crease after it is fully inserted into the envelope.

Flap Depth: 32mm to 58mm

Throat Depth: 6mm to 19mm, throat depth at 19mm in from edge of envelope must be between 1.6mm and 6mm.

Closed flap tip should not come closer than 35mm to bottom of envelope.
