Fold Type and Overall Thickness Limits:
The maximum number of sheets that can be folded together is 8 sheets of 80gsm.
The total Mail Piece contents must not exceed 6mm total compressed thickness.

Envelope Size for Insertion:

Envelopes must be at least 13mm wider than the sum of the maximum width of the insert pack plus the thickness of the pack.

Envelopes must be at least 6mm deeper than the material to be inserted.

Sealer: Maximum of 8,000 envelopes between refills

Drop Stacker:

Up to 130 pieces letter mail; 25 pieces flat mail (Dependent on size and contents of the envelope). A range of power stackers is also available offering greater capacity.

Material Requirements:

For best performance, use only materials approved by Pitney Bowes.

Materials should be good quality and properly stored.

Use of glossy material may degrade system performance.

Scanning Option:

The Base module and HCSF have optional scanning capability for reading ladder format OMR and barcode marks. The HCSF has an optional capability for reading picket fence format barcodes.

Pitney Bowes 5-Series, 3-Series, ProPac, DI500/DI600 and Console.

OMR Functions Supported:

Variable page documents, selective feeding, feeder-to-feeder matching, force divert, mark for special handling.
